Every Adult Fitness Program is a 6 week session. Prices vary by class.

Young @ Heart– Water Aerobics Class- Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 9 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.                   Cost: YMCA Members $25      Program Members $55

H2O AM Splash– Water Aerobics Class- Tuesday and Thursdays 9 a.m. – 10 a.m.                                                  Cost: YMCA Members $25      Program Members $55

Forever Young– Land Aerobics Class- Tuesday and Thursdays 10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.                                          Cost: YMCA Members FREE    Program Members $25

Yoga with Jill– Mondays and Wedesdays 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.                                                                              Cost: YMCA Members $25    Program Members $55

Fitness Boot Camp–  Tuesday and Thursdays 5:30 a.m. – 6:15 a.m.                                                                             Cost: YMCA Members $30    Program Members $60

*Drop In Fees per class – Members $3  Non Members $5


Personal Training fees:

1 Session = 30 minutes

1 Adult Session- $30

5 Adult Sessions- $125

10 Adult Sessions- $220

**All sessions/packages must be paid for in full before first session. Each session will be 30 minutes.
